Fleet Integration Analyst

Support the execution of Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) research and development (R&D) programs. Work with customers and the warfighter operational community to define gaps, drive requirements, develop project task descriptions, specifications, integrated roadmaps and detailed schedules with regard to fleet integration. Analyze contractor proposals as permitted by law and regulation. Develop, execute, monitor and report status on multiple assigned project task efforts, including analysis of test data.

Essential Job Functions

• Support and coordinate technical reviews, data analysis and reports, and- report team and contract execution/status.
• Support the development of acquisition and technical documentation.
• Analyze data to determine relevant trends and provide actionable information for development of effective EW systems.
• Coordination of technical project status and task execution throughout the design, engineering, integration, test and program execution process.
• Develop, assess, and recommend strategies for supporting and sustaining updated and modified technical projects
• Travel required at 20-40%

Qualifications

• Master's of Business Administration
• Bachelor’s degree in technical or engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Fifteen (15) years’ experience in transitioning technology and platforms from the acquisition community to the operational community.   
• Advance skills in Program Management and Defense Acquisition.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong Organizational and Project Management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required, MS Project desired.
• Must have current Top Secret security clearance.
